Chamomilla
Formally a Reverie Creamery favorite, Eden Valley Creamery is now producing beloved Chamomilla- a Tomme Style cheese aged 4-6 months. Milk is infused with organic Chamomile tea after pasteurization, creating sweet and floral tones. Chamomilla was winner of an Award of Excellence at the NYS Fair for Farmstead/Artisan Hard Cheese in 2018. Each wedge is cut and packaged with care by hand and may vary by size.
