Gitane on Weck
Formally a Reverie Creamery favorite, Eden Valley Creamery is now producing beloved Gitane on Wick- an artistic take on the Western New York sandwich Beef on Weck. This cheese is infused with a caraway tea and seeds. A hearty cheese, Gitane on Weck is aged 4-6 months. Each wedge is cut and packaged with care by hand and may vary by size.
