Queen City Cheddar
Named after our very own Queen City-Buffalo, NY. This cheddar cheese is considered a mild cheese, only aged 6-8 months. However, it is a full-bodied, flavorful, and rich cheddar. With a firm yet slightly crumbly texture, our cheddar is a great cheese to include in your next cheese board!
Each wedge is hand cut and packaged at 1/3lb.
