Wanderer
Wanderer is an Alpine Style cheese washed with local Kolsch beer made by Cole Road Farms in Boston NY. Lightly pasteurized and aged 6-8 months, Wanderer is earthy, meaty, with a buttery finish and slight hazelnut malt flavors. Wanderer was an American Cheese Society winner in 2019 and won Silver at the NYS Fair for Farmstead Artisan Hard Cheese in 2017.
